“不在线是一种奢望”:断连的理论阐释与研究进展

摘要
在互联网的发展过程中,断连和连接是两个矛盾但又相互衔接的概念。文章以"断连权"和"断连"为研究对象,梳理断连在技术使用者和非技术使用者两个层面的概念,以及技术背景、断连缘由和策略。研究发现:断连行为的媒介技术环境正在从利用信息与通信技术的信息化办公环境转向后连接主义的技术背景;从研究趋势上看,隐私担忧和保护、生活和工作边界的冲突、感知过载和倦怠是个体采取断连的主要缘由;个体会运用时空情境、话语、设置等三个路径进行断连实践。最后,研究认为断连是个体自我控制和调节连接与不连接边界大门闭合程度的策略,并将断连权划分为两个基本层次:它既是一项主体实现数字疏离诉求并受之包容、理解、尊重的道德权利,又能作为一项国家法律体系所确立、规定的法律权利而存在。
