摘要
【目的/意义】移动虚拟社区是一类方便、快捷的信息传播渠道,社区用户的持续信息搜寻是其发展繁荣的关键。【方法/过程】依托期望确认模型、信息系统成功模型和沉浸理论,构建移动虚拟社区持续信息搜寻意愿影响因素模型。通过问卷调查收集数据,采用PLS结构方程模型进行数据分析。【结果/结论】感知有用性是用户持续信息搜寻意愿的决定性影响因素;满意度部分中介沉浸体验对用户持续信息搜寻意愿的影响显著;信息系统的质量维度中,服务质量和系统质量正向显著影响用户期望确认,最终影响用户持续信息搜寻意愿,信息质量的影响不显著。
