摘要：

【目的/意义】网民使用移动终端技术工具参与舆情传播已经成为趋势,如何充分利用先进的移动通讯技术和互联网技术有效地加强移动终端环境下微博舆情管理是政府和微博平台的重要任务。【方法/过程】基于社会网络理论,以新浪微博"足球世界杯"热点话题为例,采用编程方式接入新浪微博开放平台获取数据,使用Gephi等社会网络工具进行可视化,最终对移动终端环境下网络舆情传播进行讨论分析。【结果/结论】研究揭示了移动终端环境下微博舆情传播机理、规律和网络结构,能够使管控主体对微博舆情传播有更充分的认识和理解,在此基础上为舆情管理法律规制、制度建设提供指引,为微博用户文化道德培育提供指导。
