肝细胞癌超声造影增强模式与病理分级的相关性研究(一)

摘要
目的探讨肝细胞癌(HCC)超声造影灌注参数与病理分级的相关性。方法47例HCC行术前超声造影(CEUS),其中43例行脱机时间-强度曲线(TIC)软件分析,将由曲线获得病灶内及周边肝组织感兴趣区(ROI)的灌注参数与术后标本的病理分级进行对比、分析。结果47例HCC病理分级与肿瘤的大小无关(P>0.05);43例HCC病灶内与周围肝组织ROI的灌注参数均有显著性差异(P<0.05);43例HCC病灶内ROI的造影剂增强时间、效应持续时间、增强斜率在不同病理分级的HCC间有显著差别(P<0.05),但峰值强度、到达时间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论CEUS灌注参数与病理分级具有较高的相关性,可据此初步判断HCC的病理分级。
