n-3多不饱和脂肪酸与老年性黄斑变性研究进展

摘要
目的老年性黄斑变性(AMD)已成为老年人视功能障碍的主要原因之一,其确切发病机制至今未明,治疗效果也不满意。当前研究表明多不饱和脂肪酸在降低AMD发病的危险性和阻止AMD进程中可能起了一定的作用,本文主要对n-3多不饱和脂肪酸与AMD的研究进展进行综述。
