摘要
积雪草苷是传统中药积雪草中主要的活性成分,现代药理学研究证实其具有抗肿瘤、抗静脉机能不全、抗溃疡、促创伤愈合、抗抑郁、以及恢复神经功能等多种药理活性,同时还显现出在心血管、免疫调节、抗炎、抗病毒等方面的药理作用,临床应用表明了确实的疗效。对积雪草苷丰富的药理作用及其作用机制进行综述。
