摘要：

<正>骨骼肌作为人体蛋白质存储库和最大的器官系统,是提供支撑和平衡功能、进行体力活动的物质基础。当因各种原因导致骨骼肌出现以肌肉质量减少、肌肉力量和功能下降为主要表现的神经肌肉退行性改变时,将引发机体日常活动受限、跌倒、致残等不良事件,降低生存质量、增[1,2]加死亡风险。这一改变主要发生于随着年龄增长进入衰老进程后,受到激素水平变化、蛋白质合成和分解代谢失衡、线粒体染色体损伤、自由基氧化损伤及骨骼肌的修复机理受损、细胞凋
