摘要：

五羟色胺转运体是一种对五羟色胺(5-HT,serotonin)有高度亲和力的跨膜转运蛋白,能够重新摄取细胞间隙内的5-HT,从而调节神经信号的转导。该文简述了五羟色胺转运体的生物学特性、分布以及与人类疾病的关系,通过分析比较发现,五羟色胺转运体的多态性与肠易激综合征、抑郁症、强迫症都有着密切的关系。
