脑机接口在脑卒中手功能康复中的应用进展

摘要
脑机接口基于一定的生理基础,依托辅助性脑机接口和康复性脑机接口两大作用,通过闭环反馈通路,对患者意识调节的功能信号进行实时多感觉反馈,辅助患手功能,起到促进大脑可塑性以及神经重塑的重要作用,为脑卒中患者手功能康复的新方法。
