摘要
以CLSI提出的两种细菌药敏试验方法(纸片扩散法和肉汤稀释法)和对"breakpoint"标准的拟定为例,基于菌群生长动力学和临床对抗菌药物选择的需要,分析现行药敏试验存在的问题,并就病原菌的生态学、breakpoint制定、药敏试验方法的规范和抗药性网络建设等方面提出建议。
