<正>颈椎病是临床常见病和多发病,随着人口老龄化以及生活方式的改变,发病率越来越高。临床常用保守治疗方法有牵引治疗、手法治疗、热疗、光疗、运动疗法、中医针灸及药物治疗等,其中牵引治疗是临床常用的方法之一[1]。在临床工作中,大多数的医师将牵引治疗作为颈椎病多模式保守治疗的重要手段,并与其他保守治疗方法结合使用[2]。由于不同医师对颈椎病的认识存在差异,颈椎病牵引治疗中,
