摘要：

斑秃是一种非瘢痕性炎症性脱发，研究表明心理应激与斑秃的发生发展密切相关。中医情志致病理论与现代医学的心理应激具有相似和共通之处，七情内伤、气血失调是斑秃的重要因素。本文主要基于中医情志致病理论，从神经-内分泌-免疫网络紊乱、氧化应激与炎症反应、头皮微循环障碍3个方面阐述心理应激对斑秃作用机制的影响，同时强调个体化心理干预对斑秃治疗的重要性，以期为临床诊治斑秃提供新思路。
