<正>复杂性局部疼痛综合征1型(complex regional pain syndrome type 1,CRPS 1)又称反射性交感神经营养不良或肩手综合征,主要以局部疼痛、肢体肿胀、感觉异常、皮肤改变、自主神经功能紊乱、患肢主动及被动活动疼痛等为特征[1]。治疗上以减轻疼痛、保持和恢复功能为根本目的,常用干预有:电针、皮质甾体类药物、自由基清除剂、降钙素、交感神经阻滞、抗抑郁药等,但此类方法长期应用容易引
