工会和集体谈判对工资、就业的影响研究综述

摘要
主流经济学认为工会是劳动力市场上的垄断力量,工会的存在会妨碍市场出清从而导致无效率。最近的经验文献对集体谈判制度的剖析深入到了谈判级别、谈判结构的层面上。经验文献中工会和集体谈判对工资的影响的结论较为一致,都得出了对工资产生正向影响的结论,而关于工会和集体谈判对就业的影响研究结果有较大分歧。
