<正>骨折愈合过程主要受与生理学、物理学以及分子生物学相关的全身及局部两大类因素影响。患者的年龄、健康状况、骨密度等全身基本生理条件与骨折愈合时间长短相关。其中,骨折端局部血液供应、力学环境等是骨折愈合的直接影响因素。此外,治疗药物作用、生长因子水平、感染风险大小等
