摘要：

分化抑制因子-1(Inhibitor of differentiation-1,Id1),属于螺旋-环-螺旋(Helix-loop-helix,HLH)蛋白,最初研究发现在正常细胞发育过程中Id1能抑制细胞的分化,近年来发现Id1还参与到细胞周期的调控过程中,促进细胞增殖。Id1不仅影响正常细胞的发育生长,在许多肿瘤中也出现高表达。Id1能影响细胞外基质的降解及肿瘤血管的生成,与肿瘤的侵袭密切相关。本文主要探讨Id1在肿瘤侵袭中的作用及其可能的分子机制。
