摘要：

随着严重烧伤患者救治水平的不断提高,其病死率大大降低,后遗症的发生及控制也得到显著改善,但仍面临许多治疗难点,营养治疗是其中之一。严重烧伤患者常伴有长达数月的代谢异常及强烈的炎症反应和应激反应,所以营养对其重要性贯穿于整个烧伤救治过程。近年来,"营养支持"的说法已逐渐被"营养治疗"替代,但"给什么""如何给""给多少"尚存在诸多争议。因此,寻求更为合理的营养治疗手段成为严重烧伤患者救治亟待解决的重要问题。
