摘要：

<正>膝骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)又称膝增生性关节炎、膝骨关节病、退行性骨关节炎等,是一种以关节软骨的变性、破坏及骨质增生为特征的慢性关节病。主要表现为反复发作的关节疼痛、晨僵、关节肿胀及活动障碍,严重者可导致膝关节畸形,影响患者的正常工作和生活。随着人口老龄化程度的加深,KOA已逐渐成为严重影响中老年生活质量的常见病、多发病。所以KOA的治疗也就成为了人们重点关注的问题。目
