心肌桥是冠状动脉变异的一种,以往认为心肌桥属于良性的变异,但是近年来的研究表明,心肌桥会引起心肌缺血,导致心肌梗塞,甚至引发猝死,因而对于心肌桥的检出和诊断有重要的临床意义,本文综述了血管内超声(IVUS)和彩色多普勒技术(CDUS)、传统X线冠状动脉造影(CAG)、多排螺旋CT(MDCT)以及磁共振(MRI)等影像学技术对心肌桥检出和诊断的价值以及限度,综合比较,认为多排螺旋CT是检测和诊断心肌桥的首选手段。
