摘要：

国外关于技术进步对劳动就业影响的研究主要从两个层面展开:一是关注技术进步对就业的破坏性影响和补偿性影响;二是重点分析不同类型的技术进步对劳动就业的影响。借鉴国外已有理论和实证研究成果,国内学者就技术进步与劳动就业的关系提出了四种观点:技术进步对劳动就业以替代作用为主;技术进步对就业总量起着积极的作用;技术进步对劳动就业的影响具有双重作用;技术进步对劳动就业不起作用。
