在线学习中学习者表现自学能力差、浅层学习、辍学率高等问题频发不止,让其发展前景迷雾重重。如何拨雾见云?研究着力于在线学习中学习者感知的教师支持行为模型构建,设计了"维度构成研究——问卷设计与检验——模型构建"等三个部分的整体研究思路,层层递进,逻辑严谨。即从质性研究的视角分析了教师支持行为的维度构成,从量化分析的视角验证了各维度间的逻辑关系,运用结构方程模型从系统论的视角构建了学习者感知的教师支持行为模型。研究发现:学习者感知教师支持行为分为情感性支持、社交性支持、知识性支持及工具性支持四个维度。通过对修正后结构模型的路径分析效应发现,知识性支持受社交性支持和工具性支持的影响;情感性支持和工具性支持受社交性支持的正向影响。社交性支持对知识性支持具有直接的影响,又存在通过工具性支持的间接影响。基于结论可得几点启示建议。(1)桥梁与纽带:情感性支持和社交性支持是开展在线学习的重要因素;(2)保障与引领:知识性支持与工具性支持是发展在线学习的前置因素。
