阿司匹林抵抗与环氧化酶基因多态性研究进展

摘要
阿司匹林目前被认为是预防心脑血管疾病再发的最有效的血小板聚集抑制物,其通过抑制环氧化酶(COX)活性发挥作用。但随访发现一些长期规律口服常规剂量阿司匹林的患者仍发生血栓栓塞事件,即存在"阿司匹林抵抗"现象。COX有三种同工酶,其中COX-1、COX-2存在广泛的基因多态性,其基因突变影响COX的转录及酶活性,从而干扰阿司匹林的抗血小板作用。
