大规模疫情时期如何开展在线教学——高校在线教学模式及其作用机制的实证研究

摘要
为了应对新冠疫情对高校正常课程教学带来的挑战,各高校纷纷开展在线教学。教师采用何种在线教学模式直接影响在线教学效果。通过量表调查某双一流大学310名教师和4 059名学生在线教与学的体验、投入和满意度,探讨了五种在线教学模式的教学效果及其作用机制。结果表明:(1)高校师生在线教学的体验、投入和满意度水平较为正面,但还需进一步提升;(2)"录播讲授+直播互动"的在线翻转课堂模式在全部教学指标上都显著优于其他在线教学模式;(3)教师的在线教学体验和深层教学关注显著预测教学投入,学生的在线学习投入在学习体验和学习满意度之间起中介作用。为了保证疫情期间的在线教学质量,必须加强在线教学互动,改善师生教与学的体验和投入。
