抑郁症动物模型建立及评价的研究进展

摘要
随着人们生活节奏的加快,抑郁症患病率逐年增高。但由于其发病机制至今仍尚未明确,再加上无法用实验动物模拟及测评一些人类抑郁症的核心症状(如抑郁情绪、无用感,及反复出现的自杀的想法等),抑郁症的研究困难重重。主要综述目前使用较广泛的各型抑郁症动物模型建立方法,以及相关的行为学评价、认知功能检测方法,并对它们的优点与不足进行讨论。
