冠状病毒非结构蛋白的研究进展

冠状病毒(Coronavirus)家族成员是许多家畜、宠物包括人类的重要病原,引起多种急性和慢性疾病。冠状病毒有一巨大的基因组RNA,全长27～32 kb,编码结构蛋白、非结构蛋白和一些辅助蛋白。冠状病毒非结构蛋白(nonstructural prtein,nsp)由病毒编码的多聚蛋白1a/1ab水解而来,共有15或16个。这些非结构蛋白参与调节病毒基因组RNA的复制和亚基因组RNA的转录,或作为转录/复制复合体参与基因组的复制转录,并参与感染宿主等过程,是冠状病毒重要的功能蛋白。随着冠状病毒引起的严重急性呼吸系统综合症(severe acute respiratory syndrome,SARS)在中国乃至全球的爆发,对冠状病毒尤其是其非结构蛋白的研究得到越来越多的重视。本文就冠状病毒非结构蛋白的研究进展做一综述。
