摘要
乙酰胆碱酯酶(Acetylcholinesterase,AChE)是酶抑制法检测农药残留的核心试剂。但天然提取的AChE存在含量低、纯化困难、稳定性差等不足,因此,高性能的重组AChE制备成为研究学者关注的热点。文中综述了重组AChE的表达、和分子进化等方面的研究成果,并指出酶定向进化策略与表面展示技术结合是重组AChE活性改造的未来趋势。
