煤矿事故应急处置流程仿真模型及实证研究

摘要
煤矿事故发生后,如何及时有效地进行救援,是防止二次事故发生和降低人员伤亡率的关键。文章在分析煤矿事故应急救援特点的基础上,对瓦斯事故应急管理处置流程进行ExtendSim仿真,找出瓶颈所在。通过仿真结果分析和敏感性分析,得出煤矿事故应急救援的制约因素是报警接警的判断能力和准确度、应急救援的水平、扩大应急的能力和上级救援的效率。仿真结果表明:通过改进报警接警的效率、缩减应急救援的时间、扩大应急的时间和上级救援的时间,可以有效的提高事故应急救援的整体水平和效率。通过上述仿真结果提出改进方法,并对改进后的应急处置流程作近一步的仿真验证,通过改进前后流程仿真结果对比分析,得出改进后的应急处置流程提高了救援效率,能够在最佳的时间内有效的抢救更多的生命。最后结合应急处置流程的改进方法和伊利得煤矿瓦斯事故应急处置流程仿真结果,对煤矿事故的应急管理提出了对策和建议。
