摘要：

在梳理国外企业信息情报相关文献的基础上,从多服务主体和图情管理两大学派的视角,系统分析了多服务主体的服务战略、模式、能力建设等几个方面的成果及趋势,同时对比我国企业信息服务的研究和实践现状,指出未来情报服务研究方向。
