余甘生物学功能的作用机制研究(综述)

摘要
余甘(Phyllanthus emblica L.)具有抗肿瘤、抗衰老、抗突变、降血脂、降血压、保肝、抑菌、抗炎等功效,目前,我国对余甘的研究较为零散,开发利用较少。综述余甘生物学功能的作用机制及余甘活性单体的研究进展,提出余甘功效作用机制的研究仍停留在药效现象观察和细胞水平机理的研究上,未深入到分子水平和基因水平的研究;对余甘的研究和开发利用进行展望,提出今后应加强余甘单体和多糖的药效和药理研究,为余甘进一步的药理研究及新药、保健品的综合开发奠定理论基础。
