摘要：

VB12是一种水溶性维生素,在食品中含量极低,特别是由于动物食品组分更为复杂等因素,使其检测异常困难。文中从样品水解提取技术、固相萃取净化技术、VB12的转化技术、检测技术等方面对国内外文献中VB12的分析方法进行综述。
