<正>膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)是一种常见的退行性关节病,属于中医学"痹证"范畴,以膝关节软骨退变为主要特征。随着人口老龄化程度的加重,其发病率随之增多。KOA病因复杂,由众多因素所致,因此,基于KOA的发病机制与防治,其制造动物模型的方法颇多[1~2]。鼠和兔是制造模型运用较多的两种动物[3]。KOA动物模型主要由三大类组成:(1)自
