<正>降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)是一种内源性非类固醇类抗炎物质,可在炎性刺激下由不同细胞和多种器官分泌产生,尤其是在细菌感染的情况下。因此,PCT可应用于检测细菌感染,判定炎症类别和严重程度,且具有较高灵敏度和特异性。近年来,PCT多用于判断感染性疾病治疗的有效性和预后。本文就PCT有关的生物学特性及其与其他炎性指标的比较、PCT的诊断和预测价值等最新研究进展作一
