虚拟现实技术对帕金森病患者平衡功能的康复效果

摘要
目的:探讨虚拟现实技术对帕金森病患者平衡功能的康复效果。方法:共42例原发性帕金森病患者随机接受常规平衡训练(常规组,21例)和卡伦平衡训练(卡伦组,21例),康复训练前、训练4周后采用Berg平衡量表(BBS)和稳定极限(LS)、多姿势下稳定测试(PS)、稳定时间(TS)等卡伦平衡功能评估项目评价平衡功能,采用改良Barthel指数(MBI)评价日常生活能力。结果:训练后两组患者BBS、MBI、LS、PS、TS评分均有改善(P<0.05),卡伦组表现更优(P<0.05),其中后向稳定极限、单腿站立结果两组对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:常规平衡训练和卡伦平衡训练均可以改善帕金森病患者平衡功能,卡伦平衡训练效果优于常规平衡训练。
