<正>金属对金属(metal-on-metal,MOM)髋关节置换术主要包括金属对金属全髋关节置换术(metal-on-metal totalhip arthro-plasty,MOM-THA),大头径金属对金属全髋关节置换术(large-diameter head total hip arthroplasty,LDH-THA)以及全髋关节表面置换术(hip resurfacing arthroplasty,HRA)。自新一代的MOM假体应用以来,临床效果满意,然而术后金属离子的释
