摘要
[目的/意义]通过定性与定量方法相结合,建立了移动阅读应用的服务质量评价指标体系及其可拓评价模型,以期反映移动阅读应用服务质量在不同维度的优势和差异。[方法/过程]结合移动阅读应用的服务特征,研究设计移动阅读应用服务质量的多层次影响因素体系,并以QQ阅读应用为例,利用可拓综合评价方法对其服务质量进行全面分析和评估。[结果/结论]QQ阅读应用整体服务质量等级为较好,其中环境质量、资源质量、交互质量和个性化质量的评价等级为较好,平台质量和安全质量的评价等级为一般。
