摘要：

孤独症儿童家庭成员面临着特殊压力情境,国外学者对这一人群的应激应对问题已进行了深入而系统的研究,并开始从积极正向的角度探讨家庭的良好适应和复原力建构过程。本文通过回顾国外相关研究,从孤独症儿童家庭应激水平、应激来源、对应激的调适等方面进行系统阐述,并对未来研究做出展望,以期对国内相关临床和理论研究提供参考。
