国内外学者在碳排放的影响因素方面的研究大体上可以分为五类方法,对使用这些方法得到的国内外研究结论做了比较研究,将碳排放的影响因素归纳为技术、结构和规模3个一级因素,分别包括碳排强度、能耗强度,能源结构、产业结构,经济规模、人口规模6个二级因素。研究发现,技术因素、结构因素对碳排放是显著的抑制作用,说明继续加强节能减排技术的研发和推广,继续推进结构低碳化方向调整是节能减排的应有之义。只有这样,才能抵消人口规模基数大、经济增长速度不放缓对碳排放造成的显著负效应。
