导师合著网络对博士生科研产出的影响

摘要
博士生是我国科研创新的重要力量,本文将从导师合著网络的角度探索提升博士生科研产出的对策。我们构建了139名理科博士生就学期间的导师合著网络,分析了博士生及其导师在导师合著网络中的特征,以及它们对博士生科研产出的影响。主要结论如下:博士生的合作规模与其科研产出呈倒U形关系;博士生在其导师合著网络中的程度中心性有助于其科研产出;导师网络的程度中心势调节博士生程度中心性与科研产出的关系,导师的中介中心性调节学生程度中心性和学生科研产出的关系。最后,我们就科研管理提出相关建议。
