中国人正常胫骨近端后侧形态学测量

摘要：

目的运用CT及X线影像学检查对中国人正常胫骨近端后侧表面解剖形态进行测量和计算,确立中国人正常胫骨近端后侧解剖形态学结构特点。方法测量并计算150名成年健康中国人300侧正常胫骨近端CT扫描和X线摄片中的相关参数,探讨参数间的差异和相关性。结果健康成年中国人的胫骨CT平台宽度为61.23～85.87 mm,平均宽度为(71.79±5.32)mm,与X线平台宽度[(73.75±5.20)mm]的差异无统计学意义(P>0.01)。胫骨近端后侧形态在水平面呈现两个弧形结构,后内侧圆弧圆心角大小为(118.79±16.15)°,后外侧圆弧圆心角大小为(107.44±21.37)°。在矢状面胫骨近端后侧皮质呈"Z"字形结构,内、外侧各有两个明显的转角,第1转角分别为(40.66±8.30)°和(42.97±7.43)°,第2转角分别为(44.71±6.62)°和(45.04±6.60)°。胫骨平台后侧圆弧的圆心角内、外侧间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),胫骨近端后侧皮质内、外侧第1、2转角间的差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论由于胫骨近端后内、后外侧形态结构存在差异,故无论在设计符合后侧结构的内固定置入物时,还是在临床手术中都要对胫骨近端后内和后外侧分别对待。
