多层级双元能力的组合促进高科技企业战略转型研究——以联想移动为案例

摘要
本文以联想移动为案例研究对象,从组织双元能力的视角深入探讨高科技企业战略转型的过程与内在机理。本研究打开了高科技企业战略转型的"黑箱",详细并深入解释了通过多层级双元能力的组合来实现战略转型的内在机理。本研究发现,联想移动在战略转型过程中面临着利润/利用与突破/探索的战略悖论,且悖论元素之间存在相互支持、单向转化的关系;识别了联想移动通过基层组织的结构型双元、中层组织的情境型双元、高层组织的领导型双元共同作用来有效化解战略悖论;进一步剖析了分化与整合机制有助于组织双元能力促进战略转型的实施。本文的研究发现丰富了组织双元能力与战略转型的相关理论体系,对中国高科技企业顺利实施战略转型也具有重要的参考价值。
