摘要
Formal total synthesis of enantiopure (-)-TAN125lA, a muscarinic M, receptor antagonist, was achieved via a spirocyclic carbon-nitrogen bond formation by the use of aromatic oxidation with bis(acetoxy)iodobenzene as a key step. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
