摘要
We report on ab initio calculations of resonant cross sections for dissociative attachment and vibrational excitation processes in low-energy electron collisions with the CF3Cl Molecule, Collision energies up to 3 eV are considered. The results are compared with available experimental data and other theoretical studies. For gas temperatures of 300 K the present results agree satisfactorily with the experimental findings. For higher gas temperatures the influence of non-resonant effects is discussed.
