摘要
Two HPLC-post column systems, a conventional-sine system and a semi-micro system, for the simultaneous determination of lipid hydroperoxides were developed. The hydroperoxides of free fatty acids, phosphatidylcholines, triacylglycerols and cholesterol esters were individually determined at the pmol level with good reproducibility by using gradient elution and post-column detection with diphenyl-1-pyrenylphosphine.
