Canada-Wide Standards (CWS) for particulate matter (PM) and ozone may be the most ambitious environmental standards ever proposed in Canada. They have attracted considerable attention and debate. This report addresses the validity of the socioeconomic modeling aspects of the Canada-Wide Standards development process. © 2004 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
