摘要
The thickness and composition dependence of the glass transition temperature (Tg) in thin homogeneous polymer blend films was discussed. The Tg of poly(2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene oxide) (PPO) and polystyrene (PS) blend thin films samples was measured as a function of composition and thickness. The Tg of these samples was dependent on the thickness of the samples as well as their composition. The measured Tg of the thin films was noted to increase as the thickness of the films or the PPO content increased.
