摘要：

The reaction of 6-hydrazine uracils 1 with isocyanates 2 gave access to an efficient one-pot synthesis of pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidines 3 in excellent yields. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
