A colloidal approach to nanometre-sized mixed oxide ceramic powders

摘要
Binary metal oxides (TiO2, ZrO2) and ternary metal oxides (BaTiO3, BaZrO3, SrTiO3, SrZrO3) have been prepared as nanometre-sized particles using a microemulsion mediated method. A detailed description of the synthesis is given. Electron micrographs and X-ray diffraction were used to determine average particle size, morphology and crystallite size distribution.
