摘要
Pfizer claims vanilloid receptor TRPV1 inhibitory activity for a series of compounds based on a N-benzoyl-beta-(tetrahydronaphthalenyl)ethylamine core structure. These amides are similar to a series of N-tetrahydronaphthalenyl-N'-benzylureas and Wetheroaryl-N'-benzylureas previously described. Potential therapeutic application in a variety of diseases such as chronic pain, neuropathies, headache, bladder disorders, irritable bowel disease and cough is claimed.
