摘要
Aminomethylphosphines (RaRbPCHRcNRdRe) were prepared by condensation of RaRbPH, RcCHO, and RdReNH in THF at ambient temperature. A 96-member library of aminomethylphosphines was prepared in parallel using a combination of two phosphines (Ph2PH, Cy2PH), six aldehydes (PhCHO, p-CF3C6H4CHO, 2,4,6-(CH3)(3)C6H2CHO, pyridine-2-carboxaldehyde, quinoline-2-carboxaldehyde, ferrocenecarboxaldehyde), and eight amines ((CH3)(PhCH2)NH, (n-C6H13)(CH3)NH, (PhCH2)(t-Bu)NH, (NCCH2CH2)NH(CH3), (CH3)(2)NCH2CH2NH(CH3), (CH3)(2)NCH2CH2CH2NH(CH3), PhN(CH2CH2)(2)NH, (CH2)(5)NH).
