摘要
A trifunctional probe (binding element-photoreactive group-affinity tag) of natural product paeoniflorin was designed and synthesized based on the previous primary structure-activity relationship. This new probe is a potential tool for labeling, purification, and identification of the target proteins. (c) 2006 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
